Working Experiences:

  • Worked at “World Vision International” as a Trainer for the Community Agriculture Assistant (CAA) program since June 01 to present.

 Major Responsibilities are:

  • Make a training plan as per scheduled.
  • Management of all training materials with support of technical team.
  • Give a training on Apiculture, Sericulture as well as Ornamental horticulture.
  • Provide necessary logistic support while conducting training (training venue, training materials, refreshment to participants, attendance register etc).
  • Worked at “Kantipur Technical College” as a part time Course Instructor for the PJTA students Since 2016 to present.
  • Worked at “Helen Keller International/ SUAAHARA Program”– Palpa Nepal as a Training Officer for Homestead Food Production (HFP) since January 02 to April 06, 2017.

Major Responsibilities are:

  • Make training plan in coordination with stakeholders, technical team of project (LNGO) and community people.
  • Management of all training materials with support of technical team of Suaahara for both practical (e.g. Chicken coop building, bio pesticide preparation materials and theoretical sessions.
  • Organizing the using of training materials following HFP Manual.
  • Ensuring that participants are informed and training requirements are met.
  • Helping government staffs to monitor and supervise the training.
  • Provide necessary logistic support while conducting training (training venue, training materials, refreshment to participants, attendance register etc).
  • Worked as “Internee” in Soil Management Directorate under the Department of Agriculture for two months (March to May, 2016).

  • Perform the good work on soil testing camp in Kavre which is organized by Soil Management Directorate.

  • Worked as “Internee” at Soil Science Division (NARC) Khumaltar, kathmandu for six months.

  • First National Conference on “Biochar Nepal 2016” which was held on NAST, Khumaltar.
  • International Conference on “Mountains in the Changing World 2016” which was held on Grand Hotel, Tahachal.
